After 5 years of absence in the Chinese market, the American giant Google could return, the group is currently in discussions with the government and smartphone manufacturers.
In 2010, Google had left Chinese soil to mark his disagreement with the local government and particularly its policy regarding Internet. Most of its products like Gmail are blocked in that country. However, the American search engine could return to Google by creating a specialized store for the Middle Kingdom.
Google is preparing his return to China
China represents a tremendous market for technology products, including smartphones. A market that Google had left in 2010, censorship prevailing in the country on the Internet blocking most of its services. The Wall Street Journal newspaper said that Google is working with local authorities and the Chinese smartphone manufacturers to make his return. The Internet giant has no intention to confront the government and its Internet policy."The California group assured the Chinese authorities that it would respect Chinese law and that it will block applications on Play Store that Beijing deems objectionable" Reuters said a source close to the matter. An application store for China revisited
In China, the official OS Android has no place, manufacturers are installing in their devices derivative versions. There are even shops specialized applications for these systems. Google perceives nothing on these modified OS nor the downloaded applications. Thus the Mountain View company would be willing to bend the rules set out by the local authorities to offer a sanitized application store, blocking unauthorized applications by Beijing.Google could also offer the Chinese market Android operating system in which only authorized applications are preinstalled. Also according to the Wall Street Journal, that would make one year that Google would work to return.
