Inc. launched a dedicated online broadcast project as the Project Loon
color balloons tests, will be tested in the United States to coincide

The idea seems to be based Google Inc., tested the airships in the United States a bit odd; so that the primary objective of this project is the delivery of the Internet to remote areas and poor countries that do not have a private network infrastructure, which does not apply to the United States.
The Google Inc. announced last October that it would conduct tests in Indonesia over the next year, and they tested the project in Sri Lanka, as it has completed the testing procedures with Vodafone telecommunications company in New Zealand and Telstra in Australia and Telefonica in Latin America.
